Respite  is a brief support services that provides relief for the primary parent/caregiver. These services can be provided in the individual’s home or community setting.

Respite Care program allows the individual to have the following services provided in their home or community setting. 

Community Living Support Services are used to increase or maintain personal independence, facilitating an individual’s achievement of his/her goals of community integration and participation, independence, or productivity.

We work with individuals to assure the following can be achieved:

• Ability to identify and develop techniques to objective and goal achievements.
• Work with identifying addressing, boundaries and barriers to the individual.
• Implement/maintain coping skills to minimize symptoms of behaviors associated with undefined triggers.
• Helping individuals access services, activities, and resources that facilitate meaningful community integration and participation.
• Facilitating the individuals in socially valued roles through engagement in relevant age-appropriate activities that lead to desired outcomes.
• Identifying and utilizing the Individual Plan of Service to implement a skill to achieve objectives and goals. 

 Overnight Health & Safety service is necessary to safeguard against injury, hazard, or accident.

• An individual requires supervision to prevent or mitigate mental health or disability related behaviors that may impact the individual's overall health and welfare during the night. 

•  May require overnight supervision in order to maintain living arrangements in the most integrated community setting appropriate for their needs.

• History of a behavior or action that supports the need to have an awake provider on-site for supported assistance with incidental care activities that may be needed during the night that cannot be pre-planned or scheduled.
